What ISO 9001:2015 Means
A Documented, Audited Quality System
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems. Certification means an independent body has audited our organisation against the standard’s requirements and found our processes to be compliant.
In practical terms for a buyer, ISO certification means our quality processes — from incoming raw material inspection through to final product release — are documented, followed consistently, and audited periodically. Departures from process are tracked through a formal corrective action system.
Certification does not guarantee any specific product specification. It verifies that the processes used to produce and test products are controlled and documented. Specific product quality is validated through the Certificate of Analysis issued with each batch.
