Calcium Carbonate
CaCO₃
Manufactured from high-purity limestone. Ground to controlled particle sizes with narrow distribution curves. Each batch undergoes sieve analysis, brightness measurement, and moisture testing before dispatch.
China Clay (Kaolin)
Al₂Si₂O₅(OH)₄
Processed kaolin with controlled whiteness, particle size, and low impurity levels. Suitable for paper coating, paint extenders, and ceramic bodies. Air-classified variants available for specific micron requirements.
Talc Powder
Mg₃Si₄O₁₀(OH)₂
Refined talc powder with high brightness and lamellar particle structure. Low abrasion index suitable for soft-touch applications in plastics, paint, and industrial products.
Dolomite Powder
CaMg(CO₃)₂
Processed dolomite with consistent CaCO₃ and MgCO₃ content. Available in multiple mesh sizes for glass, ceramics, construction, and paint applications where magnesium content provides functional benefits.
Barytes (Barite)
BaSO₄
High-gravity barytes processed to API and industrial grades. Valued for chemical inertness, high specific gravity, and whiteness. Used in oil drilling, industrial coatings, and high-density applications.
Manufacturing Process
From Mine to Tested, Bagged Product

Rock Sourcing
Raw mineral rock is procured from established quarries with consistent geological profiles. Incoming material is graded before processing.

Crushing & Grinding
Rock is crushed in stages and fed into ball mills or Raymond mills depending on the target particle size. Mill parameters are controlled to achieve specified micron ranges.

Classification & Grading
Ground material passes through air classifiers or vibrating screens to achieve narrow particle size distributions and remove oversize fractions.
04
Lab Testing
Each batch is tested for particle size distribution (D50/D97), brightness, moisture, pH, and chemical composition before release.

Packaging & Dispatch
Approved material is packed in HDPE bags (25 kg / 50 kg) or jumbo bags (1 MT), labelled with batch number, grade, and COA reference.
