Common Questions from Buyers
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard grades: 5 MT. Dolomite and Barytes: 10 MT. Special or custom grades may have higher minimums — discussed at enquiry stage.
How long does dispatch take?
Standard grades in stock: 2–5 working days. Made-to-order or custom grades: 7–14 working days depending on volume.
Are samples available before ordering?
Yes. Sample quantities (1–5 kg) are available for evaluation prior to commercial orders. Sample dispatch within 2–3 working days.
What documentation is provided?
Certificate of Analysis (per batch), commercial invoice, packing list. MSDS and ISO certificate available on request.
Is export supply possible?
Yes. We have supplied to international buyers. Export documentation including third-party lab reports can be arranged.
Can you match an existing supplier's grade?
Send us your current COA or specification sheet. We will assess if our grades match or can be adjusted to suit your requirement.
